If the data has to stay with you
If a rule or a contract requires patient data to stay on your own infrastructure, the database and the backups are in your hands.
Source code edition · Self-hosted CRM
You buy the source code, the WhatsApp module and the Moserra Go WhatsApp software, and install them on your own server. You pay once and the number of users is unlimited. Patient and customer records stay on your server.
Who it is for
Some organizations cannot put patient and customer records on someone else’s server, and some simply prefer not to. This edition is for them.
If a rule or a contract requires patient data to stay on your own infrastructure, the database and the backups are in your hands.
We install the system on your existing server and give you the requirements in writing before we start. The data stays on your server, and you manage the access.
You get the server from the provider you prefer. We help you choose a suitable one, then install and configure it.
If you want, we take over server monitoring, backups, maintenance and updates (optional, charged separately). You only use the panel.
The code is yours, so your own team or a developer you hire can make changes. If you have no developer, we take that on: extra modules and changes are done at an hourly rate.
You pay once and the system is yours. There is no per-user fee, so the cost does not grow with your team. After that, only optional services are charged: server management, support and extra modules.
Features
All of this is already working in the code you receive.
Connect your Instagram and Facebook lead forms to your Meta account. The questions in a form are mapped to fields such as name, phone, country, email and custom questions, and you choose the product, country and language for each form separately. People who fill them in are pulled at set intervals and land in the pool. If the same person fills one in again, no new record is opened.
A form on your website or another system sends records to the panel through the API. You create the key in the panel and set the allowed operations, IP addresses, expiry and requests-per-minute limit. If the same phone number comes in again, no new record is opened and the enquiry is added to the existing one. The request log is kept in the panel.
A new enquiry from the same phone number is added to the open record’s history as a “repeat enquiry”, so no duplicate is created. If two records still end up side by side, the “Possible duplicates” screen groups them: you pick which one stays, the others move to the Duplicate stage, and notes, tags, reminders and the chat move to the record that stays. Groups whose names differ are flagged, and if they are different people you choose “keep apart”. Duplicates are counted separately in reports and taken out of the net figure.
Unassigned records wait in the pool. An agent takes a record with “Pull lead” if it fits their product and working hours, and two people cannot take the same record. You decide with permissions who may pull which product.
A record is assigned as soon as it arrives to one of the agents who are authorized for its product. Set each product to automatic or pool, and set each agent’s share per product (half, normal, double or off). Add rules such as daily and open-lead limits, or only agents on shift or online. If the same customer writes again, the record goes to their previous agent; a record not handled in time moves to the next agent. The screen shows why someone did not get a record.
Records sit as cards in stage columns, and dragging a card changes its stage. Build the columns by stage, by product or by your own product categories. A card with no activity for a while stands out with a badge.
You define your own sales stages and can nest sub-stages. Each stage gets rules: ask for a date or a minimum quote, count as an appointment, count as closed, be reported as invalid or duplicate. Moving to a dated stage sets a reminder for the agent. A record that is marked “unreachable” too many times moves to another stage automatically.
Set a reminder on a record or a personal one. Those coming due show on the home page strip and on the bell in the top bar, overdue ones are flagged, and you complete or snooze them. You choose how early the alert starts (same day, 1 hour, 2 or 3 days before). When a record moves to another agent, its reminder moves with it.
In the panel, a new WhatsApp message shows up as a menu badge, a sound and a desktop notification. A Telegram group is told about new enquiries, assignments, handovers after time runs out, a daily summary, system health warnings and records where the patient has not replied. You choose which are on, which group they go to, at what time and with what text, from Notification Settings. Notifications outside working hours wait until morning, and assignments to the same agent are combined into one message.
Each record keeps its notes, tags and activity history (who, when, from which stage to which) in one place, and the customer’s earlier enquiries are visible too. The list of all records is filtered by phone, country, product, stage and agent; search finds names, tags and phone formats.
Conversations sit next to the customer record. Reply to messages, react, edit and delete them. Images, documents and voice messages can be sent; locations and contact cards show up in the chat. Search works inside a chat and across all chats, and you can connect more than one account.
You prepare templates with customer-detail variables, and a template goes out by itself when a record reaches a given stage. If you want, a new enquiry first gets a welcome message on WhatsApp: if the patient replies, the record is assigned to an agent; if not, a manager is told on Telegram. Sending follows the account’s hourly and daily limits. The welcome option is off by default.
New leads, processed, revenue and conversion cards; the conversion funnel; a leads, processed and revenue chart; the agent ranking; revenue by product; the monthly goal; appointments; stage distribution; lead density by hour and recent activity, all on one screen. Over a period that includes today, the cards refresh on their own. Each user arranges the cards their own way, and you decide with permissions who sees which card.
Reports by agent, product, country, city, region, source and hour. Compare a period with the previous one or with last year. The conversion funnel shows incoming, valid, reached, quoted and won records stage by stage; invalid and duplicate records are taken out of the net figure.
Enter the monthly ad spend for each source. The panel calculates the cost per lead and per deal, the revenue and the ROI, so you see which source actually pays.
The sale amount is stored in the product’s currency. Agent commission is calculated and shown per agent in the Commission report; the Cost report shows the expense deducted from sales and the profit.
A record that reaches a stage you choose (a quote or a sale, for example) is reported to Meta as a conversion, so your ads learn which people bring sales. You map stages in groups. Name, phone and similar details are sent hashed with SHA-256, the same person’s event is not repeated, and a failed delivery is retried up to 5 times. You follow deliveries in the log screen and try it with Meta’s Test Events.
Move selected records to another stage or hand them to another agent in bulk. There are tools for returning records to the pool, handing over a leaving user’s records, and erasing personal data. You download records as Excel or CSV, and permissions decide who can run bulk actions and download.
Each group gets view, add and edit rights separately for each screen, and you also choose by stage who sees and edits records in which stage. An agent can be limited to their own records or only to the products they are authorized for. External parties such as a doctor, a hospital or an agency get an account that shows only the records that concern them.
Turkish, English, Spanish and Arabic (right to left) are ready. Language files are kept separate, so adding a language is easy; we add the language you need.

Installation and data
Yes. You can get the server from the provider you prefer; we help you choose a suitable one, install it and get the system running. The server and the domain are opened in your name and paid to the provider directly; the domain renews yearly. If your server is ready, we give you the requirements in writing before installation.
Your records stay only on your server, and once installed the system runs on its own. It only connects to what you switch on: Meta (lead forms, Conversions API), WhatsApp, Telegram notifications and exchange-rate data.
Since the server is yours, they are yours too. If you like, we take all of it on: server monitoring, backups, maintenance and updates. Your team only uses the panel. This service is optional and charged separately. If we do not take it on, we set up the backup routine with you during installation.
Yes. If you send us your existing data at the initial setup (an Excel list or a database backup), we load it into the system.
The Moserra Go WhatsApp software comes with the code. We help you connect your Meta account and with the related steps.
Yes. You create an API key in the panel, and your site’s form sends records to the panel with that key. The developer who built your site sets up the connection. For Telegram notifications, a Telegram bot and a group are enough.
After installation
Remotely, over a screen share. It is given to your team in the first month and you can reach us on WhatsApp for technical questions.
We fix bugs that appear within 3 months of delivery at no charge. A delivered feature that does not work is a bug; new requests count as additional work. After that we are still with you: the system keeps running on your server and you get support by the hour whenever you need it.
The edition we deliver works as it is. We build later developments and any changes you ask for as additional work. If you give us server management, we also handle the server-side updates.
Yes. Additional modules are built and billed by the hour.
Yes. Your own team or a developer you work with can read and change the code. The code is used only for your business.
